Why is good to meditate, journal or yoga?
When you are relaxed your able to connect with your subconscious mind - and you’ll notice you speed up attracting what you are manifesting.

WHY DO I MEDITATE..?

Since I was a little girl I was waking up with the certain level of anxiety.
As moved through life I get used to “work it out” when being busy or doing a lot of sports.
But later on I realize that this energy cannot be “worked out”, the energy doesn’t just disappear and high intensity workouts - although they seem working out pretty well I realised it’s “short term” solution but they just do create even more stress in our body as bringing up the hormone of stress called cortisol.
This energy needs to be transformed in order to really served me, in order to be “solved out for real” and that’s done the best when with breathing exercise and/ or exercise based on this. The best example is yoga, long walks ect.
In this way I allow me “pain” (physical, emotional, depression, and another “better dressed” problems) to talk to me and by being acknowledge and honoured it rather then suppressing it down I can move on not just from that current state but in life.
DAILY MOTIVATION
Changing the way we talk to ourselves it’s so important.
If you wake up at the morning thinking : “I’m so tired. I’m exhausted. I don’t wanna go to the work or to the gym.”
You will not have energy to do that and you will just feel miserable.
But If you can pause that and think “I’m awake, I’m energized, I’m happy, I’m healthy”.
It’s not only going to change the way you feel but also how you show up in the world. You’re empowering yourself rather then putting yourself down.
Rather find the time to rest later in the day and don’t push yourself harder then you really have to.
DAILY JOUNALING
JOURNALING
For me it’s the way of active self-therapy always available to us in any given moment which doesn’t require much. It’s great tool to clear your head and deal with any mental or emotional trauma which we will have less or more in different periods in our life. What I find out very helpful is also if I have someone to discuss about my “Dairy” afterwards asI can see them from different perspective cause the feedback of another person - expert as he or she is really there for me and holding the space and really giving me her / his advice which are in my best interests. (Your friends are great but very few of them can understand you more then from their own perspective + most of them honour your pain from their point of view not really trying to “step in your shoes” and do so without any kind of judgement (which can affect your relationships with them later on.)
